smokecity.net is run by Hexagon Intergalactic Ltd, the makers of Smoke City. We’re the data controller for anything you submit here. Questions go to hello@smokecity.net.

When you join the citizen list: your email address, the country you choose, and when you signed up and confirmed. That’s all. No accounts, no tracking cookies, no ad networks.

To email you news about Smoke City, mainly when the game becomes available, and to understand roughly where interested players live so we can plan shipping. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming your email address.

Our list is stored and our emails are sent by Resend, a US email service, under its data processing agreement. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs for security. Visitor statistics are anonymous and cookieless. We never sell or share your address with anyone else.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never confirm your email, you stay off the list and never get our news; ask and we’ll delete the unconfirmed record too.

You can unsubscribe with the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@smokecity.net. If you think we’ve mishandled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Smoke City is a game for adults. The citizen list is for people aged 18 and over.
